We know travel services is important to many branches. In fact, most of our branches will do over 60% of their yearly travel money business in the next couple of months during the travel peak.
To support branches we've been running travel workshops all across the country throughout May and June.
Hundreds of postmasters and branch colleagues have attended to brush up on their travel knowledge and skills ahead of the busy period.
In addition to updated product knowledge, the workshops provided a useful reminder on the importance of how simple customer care and experience can lead to great service and results.
Postmasters such as Brenda Brooks from Stalybridge branch in Cheshire and three of her team attended a Travel workshop in Bolton on 23 May and quickly saw their sales improve - read about their success here.
