We want to let you know that Royal Mail are launching a marketing campaign promoting their Click & Drop service that will be seen in national press from today supported by outdoor advertising, social and radio.
The campaign is being launched to help Royal Mail remain competitive as customer desire for greater choice and convenience is inevitably driving demand for online services. Their research shows that competitors, such as myHermes, score much higher on awareness of online solutions, therefore, Royal Mail’s campaign is to raise awareness of Click & Drop emphasising their range of drop off options which includes Post Offices.
While online purchasing is a reality in all sectors of retail, our personal contact and service remains important and valued by our customers. Our job now is to demonstrate to customers why branch is best and to offer the very best customer experience to keep customers coming back.
We are launching our own marketing campaign through digital activity and PR activities, focusing on our expertise, breadth of offering, customer service excellence, trust, Drop & Go – really saving customers time and effort, and that we are indeed here in person for the people who rely on us.
